What To Expect At Your Free Consultation
Before your Appointment
We have provided all of our new client paperwork electronically for your convenience
Please fill out the new client paperwork before your consultation: Either download the PDF file (emailed to you with your appointment confirmation), or arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first appointment and fill out the paperwork in our spa-like waiting room. New client paperwork is conveniently located on the shelf just below the complimentary coffee and tea.
We are located in Suite 520 of Jackson Place on the corner of South Jackson Street and Alameda Blvd300 South Jackson Street, Suite 520, Denver, CO 80209
Coming in for the First Meeting
Park in one of the conveniently located free parking areas (free 2-hour street parking out front, visitor parking behind the building & across the street)
Come in to the beautiful main entrance of the building, take the elevator up to the top floor (5th), turn right, walk down to the end of the hall and into the relaxing waiting room of The Catalyst Center
Make yourself comfortable in our spa-like waiting room & help yourself to our wide selection of complimentary coffees and teas. Take a moment to settle in, listen to the soothing music and relax.
Your therapist will come out to greet you and escort you back to his or her office at your appointment time
Important Information for all New Clients:
- Free Initial Consultation for ALL New Clients
- We Accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cash & Check. Clients are also often able to use HSA accounts to pay for our services. Clients are responsible for payment at the time of service.
- To ensure Catalyst Center Clients receive the help they need regardless of ability to pay, our Advanced Graduate Student Therapists provide therapy and assessment services for a reduced fee and our Scholarship Program offers discounted rates to individuals and families who meet income eligibility requirements. If you want to be considered for our scholarship program please indicate this when you call to book your free initial consultation.
- Our practice does not directly bill through any insurance plan. However, we provide all of our clients with insurance-ready statements, which can be used to initiate the out-of-network reimbursement process privately through your insurance company if you are eligible to do so.
In the event you need to cancel an appointment, please provide notice to your therapist within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time to avoid a late cancellation fee.
