Why We Work at The Catalyst Center
I am proud of the team we have created here at The Catalyst Center, and of the incredible level of service we are able to provide to our clients. I believe our success is largely due to the unparalleled level of support we give to each other. I have learned so much from the other therapists here, and am confident I will continue to grow both personally and professionally. The Catalyst Center is the manifestation of my long-held dream of creating a place that cherishes therapists and helps each of us continue to grow in our work and as individuals.
~ Dr. Erin Jacklin, owner
I thoroughly enjoy the collaborative process of working in a group practice. I find it invigorating to my work to see how other therapists are working and love learning each day from my colleagues. The Catalyst Center offers unique and holistic care to our clients and their families.

I enjoy the tremendous group of talented individuals that make up our team. There is a strong focus on integrating all aspects of a person’s life and an inclusive approach to diversity issues. I also appreciate the commitment to ongoing learning.

This group practice is an environment full of supportive, positive colleagues and rich mental healthcare for our clients. I especially enjoy the ability to feel cared for and energized by the other therapists as I work to provide support and care for my clients. The therapeutic environment within the Catalyst Center enables me to focus on my craft, provide help and encouragement to those around me, and continue to learn and grow as a clinician and team member.
~ Dr. Courtney Klein
I love being at the Catalyst Center. Working with a group of such strong, ethical therapists is incredibly rewarding. I feel like I am better therapist now than I was a year ago because of my colleagues and the level of support we all receive from one another. This translates into better services for our clients. In many ways, our clients are receiving the wisdom from multiple therapists.
